Store Policies 

Refunds:
We do not offer cash/card refunds. We provide store credit (valid 6 months) or exchanges if the item is still available.

Final Sale Items:

  • All t-shirts + graphics (made to order) 

  • Custom items

  • Discounted items, coupon code purchases, store credit purchases

  • Final markdowns, swag bags, $10 sale items

  • Accessories, bralettes, swimsuits, non-clothing items

  • Shoes with wear or without original box

Shipping:

  • Made-to-order graphics ship in 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri only).

  • Ordering after 3pm Fri–Sun starts processing Monday.

  • In-store items ship in 1–2 business days or same-day pickup.

  • Online-only items ship directly from our warehouse (no local pickup).

Returns:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery/purchase.

  • Online returns must arrive within 14 days; in-store within 7 days.

  • Cancelations/change of mind may receive store credit with a 25% restocking fee.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Return Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages. Tracking is recommended.

Store Credit:
Issued as a physical or digital gift card.
Purchases made with store credit are FINAL SALE.
