Store Policy

We love our customers and strive for 100% satisfaction! We check all of our products for defects before shipping to our customers, but if you have found a defect or the item isn't what you thought, sizing is wrong, etc. and need to return an item please see as follows: - We do not issue cash or credit card refunds, but do offer store credit/gift card or an exchange if that item is still available.


**Please make sure ALL returns are compliant with the terms listed below otherwise it will not be approved**

Return Policy

    • We do not issue cash or credit card refunds, but do offer store credit/gift cards or an exchange if that item is still available.  Once we receive your return, please allow 3 days for processing.
    • We must be notified within THREE (3) days of delivery/purchasing (instore) if you need to return an item.
    • Two (2) returns allowed per month per customer. More than two (2) returns per month results in a 25% restocking fee.
    • All returns must be made within 14 days of the date your item was delivered for online purchase. Instore purchases must be returned within 7 days of purchase. 
    • Cancelations/Change of mind are subject to gift card/store credit returns or an exchange. If the item is no longer needed a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase amount to cover processing fees. 
  • Anything purchased at a discounted rate or with store credit is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Example(s): coupon codes, final mark downs, an item not purchased at full price, swag bags, $10 sale items. 
    • items must be un-washed, un-worn, all tags must still be attached and free of all stains to include makeup/ deodorant stains, no smoke odor, free of animal hair or damaged in any way.
    • Shoes must be in the box and the shoe box can not be used as a shipping container. Shoes must be returned with no wear marks visible.
    • accessories, bralettes, swimsuits and any other non clothing items are non returnable and considered final sale. 
    • Return/exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. THE YELLOW DAFFODIL BOUTIQUE will not be held responsible for lost or damaged/missing items.  If you return an item and it is lost in transit, please contact the shipping company. We suggest having a tracking number or insurance on your returned shipments.​
    • Any items returned that are not returned by the guidelines above will be RTS.
    • LIVE SALE returns-- Only ONE return is allowed for every other LIVE sale. If you have questions about fit, material, etc...ask.

    Store Credit

    • Store Credit (earned by a return)  can be used on any purchase
    • Store credit is applied to a  gift card (physical or virtual) when your item(s) are returned.
    • When purchasing an Item with store credit it is considered FINAL SALE.

    Care for your TYDB apparel

    Please wash and dry your new items according to the directions on the clothing tag. Damages to items due to not following wash and dry directions are not the responsibility of TYDB and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Damages due to average wear and tear, snagging the item on something, not wearing the correct size are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. 

    How will my order be shipped/LOCAL PICK UP?

    -All orders are shipped from WETUMPKA, ALABAMA through USPS, occasionally UPS. Local Pick up is available in Wetumpka, 102C S Main St Wetumpka, AL. We will not schedule meet-up times.

    -Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 or free on order over $75.00! 

    -Once TYDB drops packages off they become property of USPS. If expedited shipping is needed please contact us VIA E-mail at yellowdaffodilboutique@gmail.com **Extra fees may apply

    How long will it take my item(s) to ship?

    -Our goal at The Yellow Daffodil Boutique is to process your order same day, however please allow up to 3 business days from the day it is placed.

    -You will receive a fulfillment notification via EMAIL once your order is packaged and shipped. Each email will say your order has ship even if you selected local pick up. There is NO WAY for me to change this so PLEASE remember if you select local pick up or not. 

    -Once your order has processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your item to ship.

    -Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or Holidays as we are enjoy those days with our family. :)
