💛 Refund Policy

We adore our customers and want you to LOVE every single thing you get from us!
We carefully inspect all products before they head your way, but if something isn’t quite right—wrong size, unexpected fit, or a defect—here’s the scoop:

  • We do not issue refunds, but we happily offer store credit (good for 6 months!) or an exchange if the item is still in stock.

  • Custom graphic tees/items are FINAL SALE since they’re made just for you.


📦 Shipping Policy

We’re a small-but-mighty team and work hard to get your goodies to you ASAP!

🖤 Made-to-Order Graphics

(Tees, crewnecks, etc.)

  • All graphics are made to order with a 7–10 business day turnaround time.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday only (no weekends or holidays — we’re with our families!).

  • The day you place your order is Day 0.

    • Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or anytime Sat–Sun, start on Monday.

👉 Please only message us for order updates if your TAT has passed.
We operate with a small staff, and answering status messages pulls time away from printing your goodies.

🛍 In-Store Items

  • In-store merchandise is ready to ship and typically goes out within 1–2 business days.

  • Local pickup orders are usually ready same day.


🔄 Return Policy

We aim to make returns smooth and simple:

  • No cash/card refunds — but we gladly issue store credit or exchanges (if available).

  • Once your return arrives, please allow up to 3 days for processing.

  • You must notify us of a return need within 3 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store).

  • All returns must be received:

    • Online orders: within 14 days of delivery

    • In-store purchases: within 7 days of purchase

⚠️ Cancelations / Change of Mind

These qualify for store credit or exchange.
If the item is no longer needed, a 25% restocking fee applies to cover processing costs.

❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return

Items purchased with:

  • Coupon codes

  • Store credit

  • Final markdowns

  • Swag bags

  • $10 sale items

  • Any discount
    are FINAL SALE.

✔️ Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • Tags attached

  • Free of stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.)

  • Free of smoke odor

  • Free of pet hair

  • Undamaged

Shoes must be returned in their original box (box cannot be used as the shipping box).
No visible wear marks.

Accessories, bralettes, swimsuits, and non-clothing items are FINAL SALE.

📬 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The Yellow Daffodil Boutique is not responsible for lost/missing/damaged return packages.
    We highly recommend using tracking + optional insurance.

Items returned outside these guidelines will be returned to sender.


🎁 Store Credit

  • Store credit from returns is issued as a gift card (physical or digital).

  • You can use store credit on any new purchase.

  • Items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE.
